I offer supportive and affirming mental health screenings, including HRT and surgery readiness evaluations, in a space where you are seen, respected, and valued. Individual therapy sessions are $120, and couples therapy sessions are $140. I accept several insurance providers, including Aetna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare (UHC | UBH), and Wellpoint | Amerigroup. If you don't have insurance or prefer to pay out-of-pocket, you’re welcome to pay the session rate directly, and I accept various payment methods for your convenience. Insurance coverage can vary depending on your plan, so I recommend checking with your provider to confirm your benefits, including copay, deductible, and session limits.
