  • I’ve always been driven by a deep desire to help others tap into their inner strength and break free from limiting beliefs. My journey as a therapist is rooted in my own experiences of standing up to the norms and embracing my individuality. I became a therapist to guide others in reclaiming their power, just as I did for myself. I believe in challenging the status quo, empowering others to own their story, and helping them step into the life they truly deserve.

  • What lights me up the most is witnessing the transformation in my clients. There’s something incredibly powerful about seeing someone step into their strength, shatter the limitations they once believed were true, and create a life that feels authentic to them. I thrive on being part of that journey—guiding and supporting, but ultimately empowering you to find your own answers.

  • I would say I’m a mix of both warrior and rebel. I show up with compassion and understanding, but I also bring a no-nonsense approach to our work. I don’t believe in staying in our comfort zones for too long. Growth happens when we’re willing to challenge ourselves, and that’s the energy I bring to our sessions. It’s about balancing fierce care with tough love to help you break free and become your truest self.

  • Outside of therapy, I’m always looking for ways to fuel my own growth—whether it’s through learning new skills, challenging myself physically, or spending time with my community. I’m an advocate for personal development, and I make it a point to walk the walk so I can bring my best self to every session. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me reading, reflecting, or participating in activities that challenge my own boundaries and help me stay in tune with my mission.
